1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using PassKo, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PassKo.
2. The service
PassKo is a personal tool that generates time-based 2FA codes (TOTP) and stores passwords and PINs in an encrypted on-device vault. You remain responsible for the third-party accounts you protect with PassKo and for following those services' own rules.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your country requires a higher age for this kind of service.
4. Your account
Keep your PassKo credentials secret. An account is for one person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used abusively or in breach of these terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- PassKo is not a backup of last resort unless you export a backup file yourself and store it somewhere safe.
- If you lose your PassKo password, your device and your backup file, you may permanently lose access to your vault. We cannot decrypt a vault whose keys we do not hold.
- Do not use PassKo to gain unlawful access to other people's accounts or data.
6. Subscriptions
- PassKo Pro is optional; the core app works without it.
- Price, billing period and taxes are shown at the moment of purchase in the store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and management happen in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (and Apple's App Store once iOS ships).
- Restore Purchases inside the app re-activates an entitlement you already own.
- The passko.app website never charges you and never collects card numbers. Refunds follow Google Play and Apple policy.
7. Intellectual property
The PassKo name, logo, app and website belong to SaaSKo. You keep full ownership of the content you store in your vault.
8. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the app for abusive purposes, scrape the website, distribute malware or modified builds, impersonate PassKo or SaaSKo, or interfere with the service.
9. Disclaimer
PassKo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, or that 2FA codes, passwords or vault data will never be lost. PassKo is not a substitute for the official authenticator or recovery policies of the third-party services you use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSKo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for loss of access to third-party accounts, for loss of vault data or backup files, or for billing disputes handled by Google or Apple.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims and costs arising from your unlawful use of PassKo or your breach of these terms.
12. Third-party services
PassKo relies on Google (Sign-In, Play Billing), Apple (future iOS distribution) and RevenueCat (subscription entitlements). Their terms and policies also apply to your use of those parts of the service.
13. Termination
You may stop using PassKo at any time, delete your vault items, uninstall the app and request account deletion. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The developer is SaaSKo, contactable at support@passko.app.
